• No refundable
• Orders will be process according to batch
• No changes of embroidery details after 24hours payment date (eg: colour, spelling, location)
• Order with new logo – 14 working days
• Comb custom without pipping/plus saiz – 15 working days
• Grouping order 10 pairs and above – 15 – 20 working days
• We will replace any faults from our end by replacing or offering refurbishing options upon agreement by both sides
