If you are not satisfied with the product you’ve purchased, you may return it within seven (7) working days upon received. The product(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with the tag/label still attached and in the original packaging (if available). This policy is only applicable to full-priced item(s) on our site.

Any products returned must abide the terms mentioned above. Returns due to creases from shipping will not be accepted. Should the product is returned to us in unsuitable condition, we reserved the right to refuse the return and the product will be send back to you.

All shipping cost by customer and we are not liable until item reaches our office.

You May Return For Exchange

Mistake made by us:

  • Wrong size given.
  • Wrong cutting given (E.g.: ordered Men Cutting but received Women Cutting).
  • Wrong measurement from size chart (Expected 1 inch different from the actual size).
  • Wrong color given from details order.
  • All item(s) must be return in the original product and packaging.
  • Items that are damaged, marked or founded to be manufacturing error is a good and new topic in good condition, or another item with its purchased value will be send back to the customer.
  • We will responsible for paying the costs of shipping if the mistakes are made by us.
  • This conditions only apply for plain order without embroidery.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You May Not Return For Exchange

There are certain situations where return for exchanges are not granted:

  • Damaged, soiled, washed, altered and worn item(s) are not returnable by any chance unless it is found to be manufacturing error or faulty beforehand.
  • Embroidered item.
  • Clearance or sale item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
